Kleros expands Scout incentives with Hyperliquid support

Kleros's September 2026 update expands Scout incentive coverage to Hyperliquid and moves the Kleros Verified registries shown on the Curate homepages over to Light Curate. It also reminds contributors that Kleros Skills are available for those who want to delegate Scout submissions.
