Kleros 2.0 brings cross-chain dispute resolution via Vea and VeaShi

Kleros 2.0 is preparing to resolve disputes from more blockchains using two bridging mechanisms.

• Vea bridges rulings between chains that share a canonical bridge.
• VeaShi aggregates independent third-party bridges for faster rulings and more routes.

Initial integrations include LayerZero, Chainlink CCIP, Axelar, and deBridge.
