Kiln has initiated an orderly exit of all Ethereum validators following a Solana incident investigation involving SwissBorg. This precautionary measure affects multiple platforms including Safe{Wallet} and Lido protocol.

Key points for users:

  • Kiln apps deactivated but balances remain visible
  • Exit process expected to take 10-45 days to complete
  • Validators continue earning rewards during exit queue
  • No user action required at this time

The exit affects both Kiln's direct staking services and validators run through the Lido protocol. For stETH holders, exited ETH will flow back into the protocol gradually once the withdrawal cycle completes.

Once exits are complete, users can claim their unstaked ETH plus accumulated rewards.
