Hundreds of researchers sign up for Aero's Sherlock Audit Engine contest

Several hundred security researchers have already signed up for the Aero Audit Engine engagement, ahead of the contest going live August 31. It marks the first major protocol to publicly use Sherlock's new Audit Engine, which pairs AI auditors with human researchers.

The contest runs for 3 weeks with $400K at stake: $100K in guaranteed rewards, $200K if a High is found, and $400K if a Critical is found. Aero's Reward contracts have also been released in its core repository for public review ahead of the event. Aero says its launch is "just on the horizon" as it builds the protocol transparently.
