Hinkal Wallet adds BNB Chain support

Hinkal Wallet now supports BNB Chain, extending all of its existing features to the network. Users get the same two-account setup — a public account for everyday use and a private account where balances and history stay off display — and can shield and unshield between them anytime on BNB Chain.
