Hinkal enables private withdrawals from centralized exchanges

Hinkal now lets users withdraw funds directly from centralized exchanges into a private account on-chain, with no integration required. The protocol generates an EOA linked to the user's private account in the shielded pool, so moving money off a CEX no longer exposes their transaction history on-chain.
