Graph Node v0.45.0 moves index builds out of block processing
The Graph released Graph Node v0.45.0, which reworks how new Subgraph deployments sync. Previously, deployments spent much of their sync time waiting on Postgres to build indexes nobody was querying yet; the new version gets that work out of the way of block processing.
The release includes two new features, several bug fixes, and promises "the same reliable standard for indexing" developers expect from Graph Node.
