Flow Blockchain's Crescendo Upgrade Brings EVM Support

A new Multisig Plugin has been deployed for the ERC-6900 ecosystem, enabling secure asset management through multisignature thresholds on modular smart accounts. The plugin allows configuring a {K of N} set of signers required to authorize transactions, providing enhanced security. It can be deployed with new accounts or installed later, and features a variable-gas mechanism to prevent overpaying for transactions.
