EtherFi Cash credit backend now runs on Aave V4

EtherFi Cash has moved its credit backend to a dedicated Aave V4 instance on Optimism, now powering over 100,000 cardholders. Users can borrow against PAXG, SPYx, WBTC, ETH, and ETHFI, with more collateral types coming as the integration expands.
