User funds remain safe and earning yield on Lazy Summer Protocol despite limited liquidity in ETH Vaults since July 23rd. The issue stems from:
- Spike in ETH borrow rates causing increased validator unstaking requests
- Extended withdrawal times (8+ days vs normal 1-2 days)
- Large withdrawals depleting available liquidity
Protocol team acknowledges communication shortcomings during the event. Instant liquidity is gradually being restored but remains below total TVL. All technical systems continue functioning as designed.
