Curve urges withdrawals from old CrossCurve bridge

Curve is reminding users to withdraw funds from CrossCurve pools, as withdrawal functionality has been restored for several additional networks during the CrossCurve bridge recovery process. Funds still remain in the old bridge contracts across multiple networks.
