Curve moves USDC/sUSDat pool to FxSwap, points shift

Curve is transitioning the USDC/sUSDat pool on Curve Finance to FxSwap, with both Gravity and Orbital points moving exclusively to the new pool. The previous USDC/sUSDat pool will no longer be eligible for points. Saturn announced the transition.
