Circle Receives NYDFS Trust Charter

Circle has received a limited purpose trust charter from the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) for Circle New York Trust. The charter strengthens the regulatory foundation behind Circle and USDC in New York, a key financial jurisdiction. This state-level charter is distinct from Circle's existing federal trust bank charter (Circle National Trust, supervised by the OCC).
