Chainlink powers TAO on Base and wARS lending via new integrations

Chainlink announced a pair of new integrations. generaltensor will use CCIP to expand TAO (Bittensor) to Base and, for the first time, unlock TAO swaps on AerodromeFi. Separately, kpk.io adopts DataLink to power lending and borrowing markets for wARS, a tokenized Argentine peso.
