Chainlink Functions and Automation consolidated into CRE workflows

Chainlink said Functions and Automation have officially upgraded from stand-alone services to Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) workflows. The consolidation is designed to provide a unified developer experience that reduces integration friction while strengthening the network's economics through reduced costs.
