On June 17, 2024, Brave Browser announced a new feature for its desktop version, allowing users to cast content to their televisions.​ This functionality can be accessed by navigating to the Settings menu, selecting the Extensions option, and enabling the 'Media Router' feature.​ This update enhances the browser's capabilities, providing users with more versatile media consumption options.​
