Bo Hines to speak on stablecoins at Avalanche Summit NYC

Avalanche Summit NYC announced that Bo Hines, CEO of USA₮, will speak at the event. Before joining Tether, Hines served as executive director of the President's Council of Advisers on Digital Assets (PCA). He'll discuss the future of stablecoins and how policymakers are approaching blockchain.
