Bitrock announced it will shut down its mainnet by November 4, 2025, citing funding challenges and declining market conditions.
Key Details:
- Team has been funding operations out of pocket for over a year
- Declining volume and high infrastructure costs made continuation unsustainable
- Mainnet remains functional until November 4, 2025
Migration Plan: Bitrock partnered with MSMIL team for token holder transition:
- All holders receive 1:1 MSMIL token airdrop on BNB chain
- Migration involves BESC and BNB chain integration
- Optional transition for all ETH and mainnet holders
Timeline:
- October 15, 10 PM UTC: First token sell event
- Holders have 3 months to claim airdrops
- Send tokens to: 0x85a7d34a3Cfa84440FA66aB660D9E01A284ac1A0
The team apologized for not fulfilling their original vision despite 2.5 years of operation.
