Base Dollar launches on Base

Base Dollar, a Liquity fork, launched on Base. Users can borrow its BD against ETH, LSTs and cbBTC, with AERO and AERO LP collateral coming soon, and earn via Stability Pools or LP-ing. Non-redeemable branches are planned, and there is an 850% APR incentive to LP BD/USDC on Aerodrome.
