Aero releases Predictive Allocation engine code

The Predictive Allocation code powering Aero is now live: sAERO continuously allocates rewards while the AER Engine optimizes how those rewards are directed, marking the latest module of the MetDEX03-powered DEX to surface in its public repos. The release lets builders and researchers inspect how Aero's reward flows are computed in real time.
