• SOC 2 Type 1 verifies that controls are suitably designed at a point in time; Type 2 tests their operating effectiveness over a period.
• This is a separate compliance track from the smart-contract audits in 0x's swap stack (Trail of Bits, OpenZeppelin, Dedaub, Ouroboros) and the formally verified AllowanceHolder contract.
